Aktor Park Hyuk Kwon dilahirkan pada tanggal 11 Juli 1971 di Incheon, Korea Selatan. Dia menyelesaikan pendidikan terakhirnya di Institut Seni Seoul dalam bidang studi Teater. Dia memulai debut aktingnya dalam film yang berjudul “The Road to Samcheonpo” yang ditayangkan pada tahun 2001, barulah di tahun 2007 ia tampil dalam drama “White Tower”. Pada tahun 2021, ia akan bermain dalam serial drama “Law School” yang ditayangkan oleh JTBC.
